West Mediterranean Exporters Association (BAIB), participated in the Fruit Logistica 2019, the most important fair of the Agricultural products in Europe. This year, the exhibition took place in Berlin/Germany between 6th and 8th February 2019.

As in the previous years, West Mediterranean Exporters Association (BAIB), participated in the fair to promote its local products and to increase export. This year, BAIB has participated in the fair with its own booth unlike it was in the past. In the scope of the exhibition program, Turkish delicious fruit and vegetables were served to visitors at BAIB booth. In addition, a cocktail was organized at the BAIB's Booth, which created opportunity for international visitors and exhibitors of the fair to taste our local and Turkish foods.

In the Exhibition, BAIB was represented by Chairman Mr. Hakki BAHAR, Deputy Chairman Mr. Abdullah BULUT and Members of the Board Mr. Bahadir ERDOGAN and Mr. Süleyman TUNCER. International representatives of the sector who visited BAIB's booth were provided information regarding local export products and export potential of the West Mediterranean.

During the Exhibition, Mr. Muhammed Ismail RAHOO, Minister of Agriculture, Supply & Price Department of Government of Sindh of Pakistan and Chairman of The Jordan Exporters and Producers Association for Fruit and Vegetables (JEPA) were among the International visitors of BAIB. On the second day of the fair, Undersecretary of Berlin Embassy of Republic of Turkey Mr. Ali Ihsan Izbul, Turkey's Senior Commercial Counsellor in Berlin Mr. Mehmet AZGIN and Turkey's Commercial Attachee in Hannover Mrs. Nilufer SANDALLI honoured BAIB's booth.
